Hit a PR today, 225 lbs for 3 reps, followed by fl Hit a PR today, 225 lbs for 3 reps, followed by flies, incline dumbbells, front squats, jump squats, leg extensions, skull crushers and tricep extensions. All in my garage gym at 105 degrees.

A little over a year ago my 4 rep max was 185 lbs, now I’m hitting 225 for 3 reps. Progress is slow, but it’s sweet when the goal is achieved.  Trust the process.
